PlayStation Class 09 Questions

I bought WSR in the sale and I have some questions for the 09:
1: Where is the lever/button for the wipers?
2: I'm sure the 09s were geared for 25mph, so why can I only get up to 14mph?

 

Wiper control is at the base of the wiper itself as I recall. You should be able to get above 14mph unless it is the 08 in WSR. Some said it appeared in WSR after the release of TVL by mistake but I haven't been on WSR this week to check.

 

I didn't even know that the class 08 was in WSR I found this out accidentally when I was looking for a services to play on the route. Also question is it even meet to be there or is it a bug or a mistake.

Yep the 08 and 09 are both there! I hope it stays that way.

 

Same I personally prefer the class 08 over the class 09 so hopefully the class 08 stays on WSR

 

It is more interactive and has more detail than the 09 model in game, so I prefer it too!
