Well unless they did Broad Street to Richmond and Camden Road to North Woolwich in the 70's!

But this iteration of the Goblin Line is boring and any other route in the same ilk with one handled EMU or ATO etc. equally not on my wishlist.

If DTG are going to do another short local route, let's have it outside London - Wales, the South West, North East or East Anglia.

I disagree with you on goblin line but I will say they could add in some old overground trains that used to be on that route and yes would love south west routes Wales etc to come to the game

I must say I too am not at all fond of any more TfL stuff as it is just accelerate, brake, stop, repeat every couple of minutes. Not my idea of fun. I'd sooner have another Southern Electrostar fest I think.

I'm on the laptop back in Trainz Surveyor after throwing in the towel with the Zusi editor for now. Everyone always sound like they're about to burst into tears especially the doctor and the music budget runs to a mournful piano!

I have resorted to playing Cities Skylines, but on the Xbox which is actually not too bad. I find it amazing how so much can go so wrong in such a small area, though that goes for all of these drama things really.

I don’t really mind if more TFL routes come, although it would prefer something where you can have a bit more variety in stock

It’s even better if you have 9th gen as you can get more tiles on the remastered version

my cities have strict anti car policies, solves most problems

Hopefully not for a while. Zero interest in Goblin Line, 13 miles with one loco just isn't enough variety for me.

I would have loved Goblin if it came with the 150/1 and 172. Or NLL with the 313

Hell yeah to the question in the title, for those saying lack of variety and boring stop start runs, I present to you - Metropolitan Line, District Line, Piccadilly Line, Central Line 1990's, Northern Line 1990's, Crossrail 1. Not to mention the countless other time periods a route could be set in, not everything has to be modern day

Thanks so much for your comment oh yes would love all these routes to come to train sim world especially S Stock s8 and s9 with vintage and modern tube trains I personally think there will be more TfL stuff on the horizon as matt has said there is nothing in the plans but he would love to do more tfl stuff especially with dovetail having such a good relationship with them

My preference would be a continuation from Dartford heading towards London, via Bexley or Greenwich. Layer in the 465 and 700 and have the 376 included with the route.
    Bobs your uncle.

common just respect that someone like this type of route's
there is no need to reply if you do not like it
for me it does not matter
If a few more route like goblin comes or not
I probably buy them anyway just to complete my collection
and then play all the scenarios and a few services :)
Trains are cool any train even ugly ones :)
    the same goes for route's

Boring, slow, bus stop types of lines, whilst stopping every two or so minutes? No thanks. Give me a hilly and scenic route any day!

Yes, I play it on the series S so have those. It is certainly any enjoyable and relaxing game, though I must admit I have got a bit of a crisis with my water systems as they are changing the direction of the river flow so the polluted water is slowly making it's way towards the inlets. I think I'll just ignore it until problems start occurring!:D

Focusing on TfL; I haven't much against it.
TfL routes have the advantage of (generally) being short enough to be full routes - unlike most of the mainlines out of London.

Although, most are much the same - either a stop-start Overground route or a *really* stop-start Underground line.

After a while they will feel same-ish, especially with the Overground.

If another LU is ever made for Tsw, I would like it to be the Circle Line with the Hammersmith branch and S7 stock included.

With this route you'd be able to drive the entire Circle Line service as well as Hammersmith & City Line services between Hammersmith and Liverpool Street, District Line services between Tower Hill and Gloucester Road + High Street Kensington to Edgware Road.

(Maybe Metropolitan Line services between Baker Street and Aldgate too although that Line uses S8 stock)

The only way it might work, to add something positive, is if you got some sort of network eventually. DTG would need to overcome their obstacles and objections to modular construction to make this happen. But in principle, a few months after the Goblin, the North London Line should get dropped in. Then a reworked Bakerloo and DC line all the way to Watford and Euston. West London Line then add the District Line. Oh look, you can work your way round in a complete circle.

But sadly I don't think DTG have the vision or moxie to make that happen.

Imo the Watford DC Line would be better off coming as part of a Wcml south route should that ever be possible to build for Tsw, much better that then a dead Euston.

At the same turn, routes that offer multiple experiences, like WDC/Bakerloo/WCML or the Met/Aylesbury lines would still be good.

Ambitious, maybe beyond DTG's comfort zone - but add a bit more.

The Metropolitan on it's own would be good anyway, yes, but the Chiltern line alongside it would really elevate the route.

Exactly. Start a thread about a topic which will garner a wide cross section of views then you need to take it on the chin. I mean, I wibble on about the good old days of the 1970's and 1980's (at least the first half) and would be happy if evry route released for all the countries in TSW was set back in that era. However I respect and understand not evryone shares that view and to some people Class 158's etc are now vintage rolling stock. (Hands up who was the luckless Provincial Desk Controller at Swindon, the first time we sent one from Cardiff to Portsmouth...).

But you have to expect a bit of banter and that not everyone will share the point of view, not to mention making numerous similar threads on the issue.

To be honest, any passenger services are peasant wagons. If you look at the real definition of peasant, it means low status but anyone can ride trains at the end of the day

Definitely requesting more TFL routes for TSW4. The London rail scene is very varied and interesting and I d like to see this fairly reflected in the game. The licensing will be easy as well, even more reason to go for it. From Overground Class 378’s to Elizabeth Line Class 345’s there is plenty to do and 710’s, 377’s 465’s, 700’s, Azuma’s and varied freight loco’s to layer on where appropriate - what’s not to like? Oh and add JT’s Metropolitan line too!
