I see some screenshots with the route name attached. At one time I was getting this but I have lost the ability to do so. Now I get a string of numbers. I have tried using Ctrl+S, the camera icon in the HUD and F12. Anyone know how to reset this?

I think there's a Steam option to save a copy in My Pictures. This is where I have screenshots with the route name included with the filename.

I haven't been able to find any way in Steam to correct this.

I don't think Steam would specifically know which content you are playing.
The HUD screenshot button would be capable of adding this info - alongside the coordinates -, it's also the only one that tries to hide the HUD (I've seen many screenshots with a half-faded Take Screenshot tooltip). It may trigger Steam additionally.

While it's certainly a helpful feature, I'd suggest everyone to build some kind of a picture collection and add this info on the folder level.
So, after finishing the run, you copy the screenshots taken. Minor work but pays out long term. Can also add train, etc.
Something else I tend to do recently is to capture the menus before pressing Drive, so it tells me the scenario. I throw the pic but helps.

I have the problem where you can specify in Steam where the game saves the screenshots - but it does not do that.
I raised a ticket thru Steam and thru DTG but each said it was the others problem.

You could try specifying a different location to save the screenshots -
Mine go to my Pictures folder, C:\Users\peter\Pictures, and it does now save the route name.
