Is anyone able to help at all, I am trying to get my LIDAR sorted but in QGIS when I follow both TrainGuy4 tutorial and the masterclass that was done I either get one of the below -

I can't get passed the point where I reproject warp, is just stays on below for a bit and then crawls through percentage extremely slowly.

The right is the SRTM data and the left is the LIDAR

Any help would be really appreciated as nearly tearing my hair out with this haha

Did you used the EPSG code ThatTrainGuy4 used in his tutorial as your source EPSG? If you don't create a route in Sydney/Australia (what he did), your source EPSG (CRS) needs to be different to 28356. Otherwise, it won't work.

You can find the EPSG code for your Lidar data, anywhere in the documentation or terms&conditions where you got your Lidar data from.
