    Hi,
I though I understood PZB but now I'm getting emergency brake out of nowhere on freight scenarios with the Vectron. There was no 1000 Hz magnet, no speed decrease, nothing, yet I'm still getting it, and what's even weirder, the brake releases by itself after a while.
    Anyone have an idea why?
    Thanks ^^

When driving in mode M or U the maximum speed is 120 (M) 100 (U), from what I could see on the picture you posted, your AFB was set to 160, maximum speed for (O) mode.

You can only avoid those maximum speeds when travelling under LZB

    Hope that helps :)

Yep, that's gotta be it. If I remember correctly, going faster than your train is allowed to (which in TSW means 105/125/165 km/h in mode U/M/O, in reality these are just upper limits and you tell PZB the actual limit before you start) is also the only scenario where PZB automatically disengages the brakes once you're slow enough, every other scenario causes a PZB-Zwangsbremsung bis zum Stillstand, meaning it brakes until the train is stopped.

In most cases, a German freight should never run above 100 (there are a few consists which can do 120). Not enforced by the game, but IRL nearly all German freight wagons are restricted to 100 loaded.

Actually, the allowed speed of the waggons, you can see by the specifications of the waggons...freight waggons that end with 2 's', f.e. Sggmrss are generally allowed to go at 120, freight waggons, that end on 's', Eanos, Falns, Laaers (actually, there are also Laaerss-waggons, but not in the game) are allowed to go at 100, freight waggons, that don't end on 's' (for example Ommi) are only allowed to go at 80 or even slower...

There maybe a couple of restrictions beneath that, like a route with high bridges where harsh side winds can occur, and other specific (f.e. temporarly weather) restrictions...

Indeed; but only Sggmrss (container flats) in-game can do 120.
