The Xbox version of the update needs recertified by Microsoft and JD is saying that Xbox could get it by tomorrow at the earliest
For real saddest I thought it supposed to be coming out today so formation designer isn't going to be coming out today either
Hopefully it will be tomorrow because I guarantee many Xbox players are as frustrated as we are but DTG need to announce it here as well so everyone is aware of the update

I'm on a PC when I opened Steam earlier it said Update and it downloaded then said Done, then I started TSW Col.
also tried running it with launch option -dx12, and while the game loaded a bit faster, this still occurred... also tried redownloading/reinstalling the DLC, didnt help... it started doing this after the update, before that I was able to play this DLC just fine... it sucks, cos it has quickly become one of my fav DLCs due to high number of BR101 services... I even made a new cool livery to try it on this DLC, was about to do a timetable service, and this started happening :/ edit: I dont use any mods, just official DLCs
"retry was not sucessful" is usually a bad pak file download somehow. It may be a different DLC that's been updated and causing a problem however - have you just tried a verify on the lot? Matt.
judging by the file size, it might be one of the DLCs, not sure which one... will keep you posted after this is done if the Rosenheim DLC runs ok afterwards
ok, that seems to have done the job, thx a lot in case anything changes, will post here I guess my new BR101 livery, a fictional livery of course... Marchegger Ostbahn is getting upgraded to 200 kmh, while the Marchegg - Bratislava (Devinska Nova Ves) is getting upgraded to 120 kmh + electrification... most probably Taurus 1116 will run this route after this is done, but a rail fan can dream, right?
