Bug/Issue Class 47/4 Hi Mk2 Coaches Not Appearing

For the Class 47/4 HI MK2 Coaches in BR Blue that's from Blackpool Branches to appear in Formation designer do I need Northern Trans-pennine installed ??

 

I've not found them either, the NTP and flying Scotsman versions appear only.

 

I think it is just that a few things from Blackpool Branches haven't been added to formation designer yet, the two class 08's for example aren't there either

 

OK, I was wondering because I would like to make a Formation using the improved MK2 Variant from Blackpool Branches
