The new Long Island Rail Road route should get the East Williston station if not at launch, (though of course that would be cool) in a update after. East Williston is the only electrified station on the Oyster Bay branch so it’s just one more station to give us some more services and another electrified branch piece. Also the area around the station appears to be scanned already and the station is even in Train Simulator Classic. Thanks for reading this post if you do. I support this especially if the surrounding area is already scanned and in place. In addition to this, adding the 3 extra stations out to Huntington past Hicksville would definitely be worth doing in a future update as well. Just out of curiosity, does DTG have the ability expand a branch line by a few stations on a DLC that’s currently released in an update or does that call for a separate release?
Yeah the 3 stations to Huntington (and also the 2 to Farmingdale where some trains end their services as well) could be cool but with East Williston it's only one station to add to to get that electrified piece of the branch (and like I said already has that area around it scanned and it's already in TSC for reference) so we could at the least get that hopefully easier.
I would like to see them add the 3 electrified stations on the Port Jeff Branch. At some point it would be nice to get the LIRR diesels
Given the remastered and slightly extended LIRR is getting close to release, it seems a bit unlikely DTG would look to immediately add more extensions to it.
