1. Like they open the doors you release the control buttons to be used. 2. All passengers get off at terminating stations not portals where the route ends for you. 3. Add disabled passengers where you have to get the ramp out. 4. Guard mode on all timetabled trains sitting in the second man’s seat allows you to take over as conductor like sitting in the driver’s seat lets you take over the service.
3. Would need sufficient time so as to not delay the service though. Platform staff, especially when pre-booked through passenger assist etc., can deploy themselves by the right door etc. but drivers would need to go to the door then back to the cab. 4. Must be option just to sit in second mans seat without being guard too. Route learning for example. With guard mode could hopefully come guard buzzers and working guard panels on 801 in particular.
The passengers need a total overhaul. Mad-looking passengers who appear and disappear were just about acceptable back in the day in TSC but they just look silly in TSW.
