Boston South Station, the largest station serving the area, was and still is a major terminus station, originally built in 1899, and still used by the MBTA and Amtrak today. Route: Boston & Albany: Boston - Springfield Locomotives: ALCO RS-3, ALCO PA, ALCO DL-109, EMD GP9
Amtrak ACS-64's at Washington Union Station on a gloomy morning. This train has an old HHP-8 on the rear which is now being used as a cab car. It soon will have it's pantograph removed and have one cab blanked out at the shops in Wilmington. Baltimore Washington Route. ACS-64 and HHP-8 used.
Here we see a Sacramento Northern interurban arriving on the ferry Ramon at Mallard. Sacramento Northern Route, SN Interurban used.
Towards the end of service, No.7 prepares for the final trip out of Corris. Route: Corris Railway Loco: Tattoo No.7
If you go to the editor and mark said loco as dead (in the double click flyout), it will run with panto down. Also works with diesel, if you want a power move that doesn't smoke. I hauled a 158 that way - headlights and doors still worked.
Ive found that it also has a tendency to stop any run sounds as well. at least some devs are now including "trail" versions that don't power but still have full functionality for sounds etc
All railways stop at the sea, in this case a ferry terminus. Loco: DB BR 204 Route: Incelbahn: Stralsund – Sassnitz
A Peppercorn K1 leads a steam excursion into Mallaig at the end of the West Highland Extension. All loco hauled trains have to use this platform, as it's the only one with a run-around loop.
Some brilliant End of the Line shots well done everyone. This weeks winner with this awesome shot of a K1 at Mallaig is tommydee congratulations! Have a great week everyone. Next Weeks Contest : https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/tsc-screenshot-contest-may-2024-week-19.81261/
