Hiya I've played all the tsw from the classic to now and I have loved it, i have continually emailed asking you adding this route to XBOX AND PLAYSTATION. You only have it on PC and I see this as a bit unfair, and I've spoken to people about adding this route and the people said they would love it . This would complete my train sim experience. All TSW routes are released on PC, Xbox and Playstation. The route you mention is in TS Classic, a game that is on PC only (and is never likely to come to console). TS Classic is a completely different game to TSW. So it’s not a case of the route only being available on PC. They can’t possibly release it for a game that doesn’t exist on console. As mentioned in the previous comment, you can go to the suggestions forum but don’t hold your breath. There are hundreds of suggestions for TSW routes so the likelihood is that it won’t be developed. Still, nothing ventured, nothing gained and I understand that it is a popular choice. I would certainly like it myself.
And Exeter to Paignton/Kingswear has been suggested numerous times for numerous eras. But DTG don't seem inclined to build it.

Routes cannot be transferred from tsc to tsw or vise versa, if this route were to come to tsw it'll have to be built from the ground up.
If it ever did appear more likely to be in a BR Classic era due to licensing issues with the two primary contemporary operators - GWR and Cross Country. And as “Classic” routes seem off the menu so far as DTG in house seem concerned, as I said earlier doesn’t seem likely anytime soon. Unless of course a third party is working on it.
