More Moderation?

    In 'Modern' Britain there seems to be an increase in groupthink. There also seems to be an attack on free speech in which the postage stamp of opinion appears to be getting narrowed. Perhaps it is time to increase moderation to ensure only standardised opinions are heard? An increase in moderation would perhaps fit in better with the current society of 'Modern' Britain?

    Well we're here to discuss trains, specifically in relation to TSW. Don't quite see how your post fits in. Plus, since many of us are from countries other than the UK, we can't relate to " Modern Britain " in the way you describe it.

    Perhaps you should be starting this thread in the " Off Topic " section of the forum..

    I'm going to close this thread as I cannot see this going anywhere constructive. Discussing politics anywhere, especially on the internet, will almost certainly end bad.
    While I understand the irony of doing this with a thread like this, I hope you can understand the reasoning behind it.
