This seems to be trickier than I expected. Registered with their forums but am still not allowed to post on them. (Never received a registration link if that's how it works). Sent 2 messages to the "Webmaster" but have had no reply. Finally DM'd Jasper on here but have also had no reply. So what do I do now? Is there anyone reading this who could, as a favour, post a link to this thread on the Rivet forum and ask them to help. Thanks.

I just copied and paste'd it here. Mystery resolved. It seems like the address for the english site is with dash, while the address for the german is without. What on earth is going on here?
Well… this is awkward it seems like the dash is only present on the English version of the website, not the French, the Italian or the German version.
Maybe Rivet doesn't want to be contacted on the right address? Only question remains, which one is the right one? Or do both work separately?

Ooops this thread has taken an unexpected change of direction. Firstly I have now been contacted by Rivet so that is great. (Thanks for your help guys). Secondly my reply suggests that the correct address, certainly in the UK, is likely to be 'contact(at)rivet-games.com'. (Hope that helps?).

Sorry about that, I was off for the last few weeks (and no one else on the team had access to my account). The team got in contact with spikeyorks and got it's request sorted, so all good here.
