One for the developers to answer hopefully. With the great updates you are doing with the core at present can mouse support be something that is looked at for console. As a long time user on PC and recently switched to console you don’t realise how much you rely on mouse support until you loose it.
I always thought it was possible as I'm sure when EDN first came out plugging a mouse in were a work around for getting the TMS working. Could of course be wrong though.
I have Edinburgh to Glasgow and can confirm the mouse still does not work on console for that. Nor any route. Keyboard works exactly the same as PC but sadly not the mouse. Hopefully one day.
Ah right fair do mate. I must admit I didn't ever try it personally and just wrote it off as one of the failures of the route initially!
Makes sense tbh. I will have another look though as it was when the route released I tried it with a mouse and saw it didn’t work. Interesting you say that though so will need to go and recheck as you may be right the tcms screen would make sense for that to work.
For some reason mouse works on Xbox and not the PS5. Although even on the Xbox I feel like it is unintended because it doesn't work well in a few situations (any knob that requires a slider, like most reversers, doesn't seem to work with the mouse).
Going to add myself to this and say as a long time playstation player that if TSW6 comes (Which I feel like is a guarantee), I would love to see proper keyboard and mouse support for console as one of the features
