Extension Of The Old Maps

Does anyone know if DTG plans to extend old maps like they did for Southeastern? It would be cool if they could extend one of the first maps like Leipzig-Markkleeberg.

 

No plans have been announced or even hinted at.

 

Extending routes means rebuilding them from scratch, I wouldn't expect anything any time soon. SEHS was a special case as it came as one of the TSW3 base routes.

They do seem to be remastering routes lately though.

Extensions take a lot of time and effort and requires it to be resold as a new dlc and that didn't go well when lirr 2.0 released. Anyways no plans to do extensions but remasters are more likely from a devs own free time

 

There has been expressed want by DTG to extend routes similar to LIRR2, they did say older routes would be the focus.
