Hallo allerseits, vielleicht kann mir jemand dort weiterhelfen. Ich hab bei dem ein oder anderen gesehen, dass als Oberfläche die Karte von Google Maps eingebettet wurde. Kann mir jemand mitteilen, wie ich das machen muss, da mir das für die genaue Position der Gleise, Gebäude, etc. helfen würde. Ich danke euch schon mal im Voraus und wünsche euch ein schönes Wochenende
Ach lasst die Leute doch, wenn sie etwas deutsches auf deutsch vorstellen, ist das doch auch kein Drama! Oh, don't let the people, if they present something German in German, it's not a drama either.
German version (english below): 1. Also als Erstes benötigst du eine aktive Kreditkarte. Das klingt jetzt erstmal schlimmer als es ist, weil die Anwendung - so wie wir sie nutzen kein Geld kostet. Man bekommt ein Standard-Guthaben mit einem Google Clouds Konto, was quasi noch nicht einmal richtig angebraucht wird. Es gibt aber Anwendungen, wenn Du jetzt zum Beispiel den Google Maps Overlay in deine Webseite einbetten würdest oder so ähnlich - und natürlich je nach Traffic der Webseite - das dann Gebühren anfallen. Deswegen will Google einfach diese Kreditkartenummer als Prophylaxe haben. Deshalb janz wischtig: Ohne Kredikarte - Kein Google Maps Overlay! Wir hatten vor einiger Zeit (ist jetzt auch schon ein paar Monate her jemanden, der keine Kredit sondern nur eine Debitkarte hatte. Die klappte nicht. Es muss also eine Kreditkarte sein. Wenn du über keine Kreditkarte verfügst, hast du entweder die Möglichkeit, wenn du ein Konto hast, eine zu beantragen, oder wenn du kein Konto hast, ein Konto zu eröffnen und die Kreditkarte zu beantragen. 2. Wenn du eine Kreditkarte hast, erstellt du also ein Google Clouds Konto. Ich bin mir nicht mehr richtig sicher wie es gemacht habe und ob das relativ automatisch klappt (also nur ein paar Sachen bestätigen und so weiter), wenn du bereits ein normales Google Konto hast. Naja, "Google" (Achtung Wortwitz) ist da sicher dir eine Hilfe. https://cloud.google.com/ 3. Wenn Du dein Google Clouds Konto erstellt hast, musst du einen Google Maps API Key generieren. Wie das geht, erfährst du hier. Der Google Maps API Schlüssel ist mit deinem Konto und deiner Kreditkarte verbunden. Sei also vorsichtig, wie du diesen Schlüssel teilst und in Screenshots unsichtbar machst. Wenn du dich an das Tutorial mit Lukas "Masterclass Tracks & Signals" erinnerst, wurde im Stream der Teil wo man den Key eventuell sehen kann verdeckt. (Witzigerweise wurde der Key trotzdem einmal im Video geleakt- LOL): https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key 4. Diesen API Schlüssel kopierst du dann und fügst ihn in das Feld "APIKey" unter "Connection" im Google Maps Menü in der Toolbar im PC Editor ein. In diesem Menü, hast du auch unter anderem die Möglichkeit die Qualitätsstufen der Overlay zu ändern. Wenn Du Auf "Enabled" klickst, wird dann der Google Maps Overlay automatisch gespawnt. Das kann beim ersten Mal etwas länger dauern. Wichtig ist natürlich auch dass das Koordinatensystem deines Projekts richtig eingestellt ist, sonst weicht das Google Maps Overlay im Vergleich zu deinem DEM/DGM Höhenmodell in der Position stark ab. Normalerwiese sollte das aber alles funktionieren. Es gab nur einmal wo hier im Forum jemand oder zwei Personen diesen Fehler hatten und bis jetzt bin ich mir nicht sicher wodurch das passiert ist. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- English: 1. Well, "Google" (watch out for the pun) will definitely be of help to you. https://cloud.google.com/ 3. Once you have created your Google Clouds account, you need to generate a Google Maps API key. You can find out how to do that here. The API key is linked to your account and your credit card. So be careful how you share this key and make it invisible in screenshots. If you remember the tutorial with Lukas "Masterclass Tracks & Signals", the part where you can possibly see the key was hidden in the stream. (Funny enough, the key was leaked in the video anyway - LOL): https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key 4. Then copy this API key and paste it into the "APIKey" field under "Connection" in the Google Maps menu in the toolbar in the PC Editor. In this menu, you also have the option to change the quality levels of the overlay, among other things. If you click on "Enabled", the Google Maps overlay will spawn automatically. This may take a little longer the first time. It is of course also important that the coordinate system of your project is set correctly, otherwise the position of the Google Maps overlay will deviate significantly from that of your DEM/DGM elevation model. Normally, however, this should all work. There was only one time where one or two people here in the forum had this error and I am still not sure what caused it.
