    You can’t play the Xbox version, but if you own it. You can go to the Xbox store on your PC and download the PC version. It’s enabled for Crossplay between PC and XBox. So if you own it on XBox you can also play it along with any DLC you own on PC.

    It also syncs the save game and progress between the two.

    It's what i personally use, as it allows for crossplay it allows me to play o console too.
