I would expect that one coming from TSG. And they just deliver the BR218 and have the expert BR101 in the pipeline. Only possibility is if this one comes with a full diesel route for the September release. But I see this unlikely.
(Not going to lie I got confused with the title at first, I read it in French as in “upcoming of loco” ) anyways not 100% sure but I might guess the ICE 407 or T, T was pretty popular before along with Acela and 700 (maybe a pattern of some sort) and I say 407 as I’ve seen it has at least some popularity and didn’t it get leaked or am I not recalling that correctly? Not sure.
Maybe a 225? They've been in Germany before? Wishful thinking lol, this is meant as a joke before anyone thinks I'm insane http://www.traintesting.com/IC225.htm 91003 pictured in Hamburg, Germany for the IVA88exhibition in May 1988
I hope it´s a BR 140. It could layer on almost all german routes and LFR would finally have a proper loco for freight.
Thank you. I imagine the tilting technology framework would be something difficult to get right, so maybe doing a 390 could pave the way for Ice T vice versa.
the titling tech was done for the 612, pretty sure it’s the same programming stuff for all tilt trains.
No chance of it being the 232. The 232 is a TSG project. That loco DLC on the roadmap is one by DTG. I personally hope for a 120 with IC coaches and the cab car.
For me in my opinion there are 5 possible German loco BR 411-415 (ICET) for Dresden riesa (and can be sub in KGW) + a expansion of Dresden riesa to leipzig or something BR 186 for the new German route and can be run on all german route BR 152 (same) BR 189 (same) or the Br 445 could be run on a the new (german route)
Nice but where did you ever get any sounds and exact build plans from? Is way to old im afraid. The whole build system what DTG do with trains is completely different than for example TSC and you need official data to create such locos and thats the biggest issue to get that.
It’s brand new dual mode Vectron - with diesel engine to finish last mile transport (check airflow opening in side). Classed as BR 249.
It was tongue in cheek, though I believe there is one in TSC which I think I might own. As regards sounds, well you track down vintage footage for reference and synthesise accordingly. According the Wikipedia entry a number have been preserved albeit possibly as static examples.
Yeah its an cool idea though but the thing is with the SimuGraph that is an 1 to 1 version of the loco in 2d schematic state so you need official data to let it work. In TSC there is no SimuGraph and is a small and simple concept. Thats why i'm so curious to the 101 Expert loco! In the SimuGraph is that way more intense and get to a higher standard than the 193 in TSC. This loco is never been finished and the same problem for the NiclasLindner Dosto! In TSC i believe the limitation of the engine is part of that
You dreamer... if true, this would be the next instant buy for me. This or an E94 Being optimistic, I still hope for a V90. This one could be used on almost all German routes for heavy shunting and mid-range freight deliveries, take the load off the poor little 363 a bit. Being pragmatic, it could be a 140. But since it would make a lot of sense (widespread usability, comparatively effortless to build), that's probably not going to happen. Being even more realistic it will probably be another modern (late 90's to present) electric loco, since we don't have enough of those ingame yet.
They just released an addon with almost no gameplay because its presence would be two years off the real timeframe of service. I cannot see them ever bring a loco that was retired 50 years ago.
Vectron dual power, similar to BR 248 but less powerful, has a both a diesel motor and an electric motor, which uses when there is catenary available. Great for routes when there is a section without catenary, which also would fit the BR 218.
OldVern, AmityBlight, stop giving me ideas, you two. All this talk of E18s, E94s, and 140s,… I suspect it’s going to be something modern and passenger oriented but I’m still holding out hope for a 140…
This loco already was on the November roadmap which means it could be directly linked to the new german route. So the loco has been planed for a while now so i think its not a freight loco, because it should be important for the upcoming route. As i believe the next route will be a german commuter with a big SBahn line and a bit of everything else. As an example (my wish that is realistic for a Dtg route) the Route Hamburg Neumünster. This would contain the 474.3 with either dostos or Twindexx. In this case the fitting loco dlc would be the br 490. This isnt a suggestion but an example on how i mean "a loco directly related to this route". And if you watch Tsw 3, the 3th route (NID) got already announced (and released as far as i remember) this time last year. All that leads to the german route either being on DRA level or a big dissapointment.
At first glance it may look like an ICE3 but then looking more closely you notice that the front end is very different (much larger windshield and much smaller and shorter nose). Just as the 407 Velaro and the ICE4 are different. There is more or less the same aesthetic difference that there can be between a 101 and a 146.
But their usage is limited to a few routes and we don't have these routes. While i'd love to see the KISS, i doubt it will happen anytime soon.
A few Trains that I still want in the Game: - DB BR 246 Diesel Version of the DB BR 146 - DB BR 232 - Vario Twindexx - DB BR 147 Passenger Version of the BR 187 with the hope of good Sounds and that these will also be transferred to Skyhooks BR 187
I would be very happy if it will be the 159! It is a really modern freight locomotive, with six axles. We do not have nothing today like that.. There is the great 155 - I like it very much -, but I would like to have a modern one too. But if it is the Euro-dual model, it will be complicated. As DTG has to include both a Diesel and Electric technologies on the same one! That it will not be easy. Considering Stadler it has also the Electric only model - 9000 - , this would be fine for the sim. It can be used on several European countries on current and future routes. Even they have the Diesel only too! Those ones were purchased in the freight company in my country. Really beautiful locomotive!
Why not bring in the heavy duty DB Baureihe 189 C-Akv Falnqqs 130 Coal Falrrs 150/151 Iron Ore waggons
