So been playing a lot of West Cornwall lately, running the pacer on it and loving it!
I feel this route defo needs a remaster.
Now the things I think that need remastering are the scenery, because its a beautiful seaside run, also one of my main gripes with the game was the class 150's audio sounding a bit flat. I know Armstrong powerhouse has good sounds for this loco, so maybe use those? I would love to see some more layers on there too, that would be great maybe some Class 31?
Overall its a solid enjoyable route and it is showing its age so would love to see it brought into the modern era

It’s a Rivet route. They have a history of ignoring previous releases other than a few bug fixes after a release. I think it’s very unlikely they would remaster a route.

I believe the sounds on the 150 are already ones sourced from AP. Just implemented very badly by Rivet.

I think we can pretty much write off any further effort by Rivet on this one. Couldn’t even fix the erroneous speed limit on the Ives branch on the Up which makes you run at 20 MPH most of the way, let alone the wider issues or that accursed 150. Best that could happen is a competent developer comes in and does a Cornish main line from scratch, consign Rivet’s effort to the digital dustbin where it belongs.

150 uses ap but it's messed up by the physics so rivet has to remake the physics from scratch to make the sounds sound correct.

If they could sell it as an extension (e.g. to Falmouth) to cover the development costs of a remaster, then it might be more feasible. Similar to what Rivet Games did with the Isle of Wight route to make Island Line 2022.

I'd buy it again if it was properly updated and included the Falmouth Branch.
