It's gotten smaller . Yes, it's updated for Wessex, and I think the reduction by 5MB in size is probably due to getting rid of some junk .xmls in the pack.

I will guess a support update so that people they choose to buy this pack they have the best experience. Is very common by games with updates or subscription
No Xander, that's trev stating it...I want to see where Steam/DTG have explained that it's what people have had. So far all we've seen that can be corroborated is Spikes post linking to the Steam database.
By that logic we should get updates for every DLC available for TSC on the basis we might buy an item at some point?
I guess a subscription is a little different. And its not by every DLC. There is some background logic needed to let it work
I seriously doubt that stuff available for those with a subscription account would need an update on user's PCs, the handling of the subscription side of things done server side.
I would think everyone has those files. I'm not so sure any of them are new though. I don't know that any of them have anything to do with the rail subscription either.
I have also had an update on 30/7/2024 for the Class 08 TOC folder in my RSC folder. Has anyone else got that?
