I mean it's only a quarter mile track they're kinda hemmed in by other landowners. So, you couldn't go very far ;-)

Putting an American freight loco horn on their train should take care of the neighbor problem in short order.

if I had the training, money and everything, I would so buy it, a single EMU, stable it in one of the nearby warehouses near my parents' house and just build enough track to connect it to the mainline... and rent the train for custom routes/trips
