Hi, The three locomotives at the turntable starting with their engines off are not working. In the AC4400CW, with the fuses turned on and the switch on isolate, the black engine start button primes the engine but it does not start. With the SD40-2 and the GP38-2, upon opening the engine compartment and priming the engine, then turning the knob to start, it also plays the cranking audio but does not start the engine no matter how long you hold the switch. Are these locomotives broken? Does dovetail ever plan on fixing them?
I did it. SD-40 and GP-38 I first checked that the switch was set to 'start-stop isolate'. Then I made sure to close the main circuit breaker. Then I went to the engine bay, opened it, primed for about 5 seconds, then started the engine. The priming noise sounded, then the engine start noise sounded. The engine then stalled. I went back to the cab, set the switch to 'run', and sat in the driver's seat. Then I waited. The engine started all by itself. AC4400CW I first checked that the switch was set to 'start' I then pressed and held the 'engine start' button for about 5 seconds. I then sat down in the driver's seat. I then stood up and pressed the 'engine start button for another 5 seconds. (I was experimenting, so this step may not be necessary) The engine started.
And you are on TSW1/2020 or TSW2, TSW3, or TSW4, I ask because the name " Csx Heavy Haul " is the name from TSW1/2020
