In the section between Redhill and Reigate, near the junctions, on the way to Reigate there is a section where the right track is invisible, or does not exist, but it is possible to travel through it without major problems.

This was fed back to DTG when London Commuter released. This is a solid gold example of things never being fixed.

at first I thought my mind is playing tricks on me or that it is just bugged out... or that it didnt render properly... then did some short runs around the part, paused the game in Photo mode and looked closer, and there it was... for a couple moments I thought that it is just regular gap in third rail, but then I noticed that one side of the track is there and other isnt lol... so I reminded the support with a ticket :D

The only hope it has of being fixed is if London Commuter gets a remaster.

Even then, remastering London Commuter is not a small job. 29 stations!

Blow me, I honestly thought that had been fixed ages ago. I really would like to see the route remastered, and a 700 added, though we are starting to dream further now!

There are some funny bugs in these games. I know I'm lagging behind, but on TSW2, especially one bug caught my attention. On New Journeys expansion, the DB 423/DB 425 trains are so wide, that there's a section when leaving a station (can't remember exactly the name) on Cologne - Aachen route, where you can see that when leaving a station the gap between the train and the building on the right seems to be a taaaaad bit narrow...and what do you know....when you actually switch to external camera settings, the train is actually passing through the building. :-/ that to me was a bit sloppy work!

and on MML, at a switch before Newcastle (I think?) there are two gaps there when there should only be one :D

this Reigate-gate is more noticeable cos you are driving pretty slowly through that section... cant believe I have noticed just "now" :D

Got to admit, haven't played that route yet. But let's face it, are there any routes that don't have bugs? :D

There was another "wth" moment for me when playing the New Journeys expansion on Cologne - Aachen. I think it was the last service on the 2nd Journey (4 services in the first journey, and 4 in the second) which is the DB 425 if I remember correctly. The service loaded and I was loaded into the cabin which was facing the connected DB 425 I was suppose to pull...a bit confused, I exited the cabin and walked down towards what was suppose to be the front of the train. And the reason for me being loaded in the cabin of the end of that unit? The entire front cabin AND the entire front axel and wheels were missing! :D

That definitely was the biggest bug I've experienced. I tried restarting the service 3-4 times, but same thing occurred. After loading that service couple of days later it astonishingly loaded correctly. Lol. So it did work, eventually.

there was a big bug on BR 442, where if you loaded a service headed for Koln (Siegen?), which was double traction, it was impossible to do, or near impossible, because the rear unit loaded without a pantograph and thus became dead weight

some ppl worked around it by spawning on foot before those services, in which case you could complete them, but without medals

they fixed it only recently, like 2 or so years after it was first discovered :D ... but now it is joy to play those

gotta check if they updated scoring for 442 on Dresden Riesa - it had scoring bug where if you used safety stuff and everything, you only got old value of pts aka 30-35, where you were supposed to get 60-65

TSW in a nutshell! The TSW we learned to love. Albeit each in our own individual way! :D :D

well, Koln has a special place in my TSW memory cos that was the first route I tried and enjoyed... later it was the one where I was learning to follow PZB signals, among others... every time they added sth to it, like 423, new loco layers etc, I tried it in timetable mode :)

and Dresden Riesa and London Commuter (now they call it Brighton Mainline I believe) were both part of Rush Hour (along with Boston Providence route which I also enjoy a ton), played the hell out of both and still do to this day (Dresden Riesa is turning into a Skyrim of TSW lol, but still great)

also, TSW "thanks" to the bugs, that are kinda inevitable to appear, is a good form of "therapy" for my OCD tendencies :D ... I learn to just accept the fact that there are bound to be those... and so I discuss them on forums, file tickets, and eventually cool down and accept their existence... and sometimes they really get fixed which is a big joy for me then :D

Well, since you played Koln - Aachen, and the New Journeys expansion with DB 423/425, then you probably know what I'm referring to when on one of the stations a building is very close to the track on the right side when leaving, and the 423/425s are so wide that they are actually passing through the building?

I'm actually heavily in Dresden - Riesa now. Enjoying it quite a lot. The main reason why I'm still stuck with TSW2 is due to the trophy hunting. I'm one trophy from the Platinum, and it's the 10,000 miles trophy I'm missing. :-/ Still got another 4000 miles left. Gawd...:-( I want to move in to TSW4 as I have the Special Edition, but it will have to wait.

Haha, I actually don't mind the bugs. Most of them are not too intruding, but some are indd, which have prompted me to open tickets! :D The inability to get a checkbox on the MSB Journey for the two freight services due to "vehicle derailed" at the very beginning of the service. Got the gold, because as services you can just continue from the previous service...but not as a Journey! DT, politely, told me TSW2 is no longer being supported and that those won't be fixed....oh well!
