Steam Load Freight In Free Roam

I have the tankers in the correct position, pumps are on but it will not allow me to open the valves. How do I load waggons in free roam?

 

I think that has been broken for a long time, not just in free mode but also if you pick a service from the timetable.
Its been a while since I last tried to do it, so might be wrong.

 

What is the command for automatic loading?

 

I don't think there is one.
