PS4 [resolved] Missing Class 377 Services In Tsw 5

So where is the Class 377/2 Southern on my PS4 on TSW 5 ??? Why don't I not get any Class 377/2 services at all ???

I literally had to delete, and Re-download TSW 5 and all my TSW 4 content all over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea. I was just pointing at the thread title as it's pretty misleading, or rather leads to nothing at all.

 

It should be available on West Coast Main Line: London Euston - Milton Keynes. Have you selected that route?

TSW 4 content comes to consoles on lauch day, and not as part of early access.

That doesn't matter though, the 377/2 is part of the route itself.

 

Then miss Luna if the Class 377/2 is part of the route itself. Then why isn't on TSW 5 on my PS4 then?. Why did I had to delete TSW 5 on my PS4. Not just once but TWICE Miss Luna???. I selected Train Sim World 5, West Coast Mainline South and the Class 390 and it's all Re-downloading at the moment. Hopefully once it's all downloaded and installed it'll be in the game.

I don’t think any 377 services are in the timetable on PS4 and XBOX One. There was a forums announcement a few days back.

I don't mind the West Coast Mainline South PS4 timetable not having any 1972 stock or any Class 66 services at all. I don't mind that. I just want all the West Coast Mainline South trains that's included with the route.

There's no 377... This may be the cause of me being on Xbox one and DTG had to do some things to let gen 8 run TSW5 but idk.. Does anyone know if it was something DTG had to do or if it's something odd.

Hello I’m playing on ps4 and I don’t see the class 377 or 72 stock or class 710 even thought I own the add ons? Is this a bug or is it because im on 8th gen consoles and how will I be able to use the trains listed above?

 

afaik last gen doesnt have the layers.

 

Not sure what is happening with the 377/2, since you should be having that, but you won't see any Bakerloo Line or Lioness Line trains on PS4, I'm afraid. They had to cut it for performance reasons.

 

I can't see the 377 either, and I can't see the DB vectron, 423 and 185 on Frankfurt-Fulda either (both come with the base routes so they should be there for everyone, right?)

Edit: I can't even see them in the "train" selection screen, as if they weren't in my game

 

It has just been confirmed that last gen won't get any 377 layers due to performance issues. Last gen simply can't support it cuz it's old

 

Oh man! It's on the cover as well! So they only have the 350 and 390 now?

Just a question please as DTG Alex said on the updated forums in regards to the Class 377/2 not being available for PS4 players in TSW 5.

Just a question please. On the forums it said that the DB BR Class 187, Maintalbahn and Arosalinie won't be available for PS4 players in TSW 5. That's okay. But will the rest of the UK DLCs be available for PS4 players in TSW 5 please???. Because I have 70 British DLCs whether it's EMUs, DMUs, Steam trains you name it. I got every single one. I got all of them. But will us PS4 players be able to get the Class 710 at least for the West Coast Mainline South on the PS4 please???.

Those three DLCs you mentioned will come to TSW5 at some point (probably next week). The DLCs that aren't listed will be available on the 17th of September.

As DTG-Chris just said to me on a Gmail literally a 1 minute ago. DTG-Chris said and I quote.

“We understand that you have been unable to find certain locomotives, including the Class 377/2 in Timetable Mode for WCML: London Euston - Milton Keynes. We regret to inform you that 8th generation consoles do not support the same amount of playable services as modern consoles and PC.

To summarize, PS4 and Xbox One will not have playable services for:
1972 MkII Tube Stock LU
Class 377/2 SN
Class 66 DB
Class 710 TfL
It was a tough decision to make, but they were necessary sacrifices to maintain acceptable performance and stability on these consoles. Unfortunately, these consoles are over a decade old now, and struggle to keep up with modern consoles due to significantly weaker processing memory and far less memory. Therefore, it is becoming more challenging to provide a consistent experience across all platforms.

If you were to consider upgrading to an Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5 in the future, you would be able to bring all your content with you and take advantage of a complete timetable, so long as you are playing on the same Xbox/PSN account.

That depends on the policy of your platform. Steam will give you a refund if you have not played more than two hours of the game, but I think consoles are much more stringent.

 

What a pity they said it now and not clearly before launch, I wouldn't have spent 65 euros on routes I can't play with the game not crashing. Just as a side note, I tried 4 services on Frankfurt-Fulda and got immediate 5 fps and a crash after 2 minutes. Tried one on WCML with the 390, got at 2 miles from Milton Keynes and it crashed. Haven't been able to complete a single service. If it was gonna be so bad, it would have been better to bid farewell to 8 gen in my opinion
