Xbox Series X No Dlc On Xbox

Have problem with xbox too. Half of it is just missing.

 

Apparently there's problem with transferring routes can anyone tell me which ones I can transfer over please and which ones to keep on 4 till they fixed.

I’ve got Brighton mainline east coastway Liverpool Crewe Fife circle and ntp and Edinburgh to Glasgow and Cathcart I’m also on Xbox

 

Do we get compensation for the dlcs that we own that aren’t ready for example I own gwe and for example do I get wcml as compensation?

 

Here is some of what i got other than mentioned above..US i got Cajon Sand Patch ,Peninsula Corridor , Harlem line, Long island 2.0, New York Trenton Sherman Hill , UK Bakeroo, London Suffagate Barking ,Glasglow Edinburg ,Blackpool Branches ,Germany i got Oldenberg route Rhur Seig Nord , dresden reisa, and a few others i cant remember also a few dlc i have the dipslock , bnsf sd70 ace ,santa fe F7, the cargo paks including the one for glasglow edinburg ,the rainbow ice train the UK treatment train

 

4 more i just thought i have ECML and the London faversham SEHS, flying scottsman the class 37 special for SEHS,

What about those who had TSW4 for gamepass. Technically they did not purchase it but the 3 core routes are gone now since it was pulled from gamepass. I have antelope valley installed but ECML and other core route are gone

 

Given the explanation I have no problem with waiting on my GWR and Northern Trans Pennine routes transferring over - more than enough to be enjoying in the meantime.

My one query is something which was apparently ready and I downloaded and installed today - the ScotRail Class 158 for Fife Circle. Reset both game and console but the 158 is not showing as being available for either scenarios or Timetable services.

Any idea if this is related, or perhaps another issue I should raise ?

 

For one GWE works on TSW5 and isn't one of the affected dlc's and for two how does it make sense that you get a brand new £29.99 route as compensation for not having access temporarily to a 5 year old dlc?

 

On Xbox X/S TSW-5 is asking me to re-purchase the following routes and locos that I already own. TSW-5 is not recognizing these DLCs from previous versions:

AMTRAK'S ACELA
AROSALINIE: CHUR - AROSA ROUTE
LGV MEDITERRANEE: MARSEILLE - AVIGNON ROUTE
NORTHEAST CORRIDOR: BOSTON - PROVIDENCE ROUTE
LIRR COMMUTER: NEW YORK - LONG BEACH, HEMPSTEAD & HICKSVILLE ROUTE
HORSESHOE CURVE: ALTOONA - JOHNSTOWN & SOUTH FORK ROUTE
CLINCHFIELD RAILROAD: ELKHORN - DANTE ROUTE

I may have others, but these are the ones I have noticed so far that are still not available.

 

I have 9 dlc's waiting to be added to the PC XBox app, and one is Niddertalbahn priced at £30, and all I want is to just be able to install them.

 

"Buying it all again" would be unacceptable and completely out of the question. Dovetail had already almost alienated me with the way they were rolling out new TSW games up to now. I am only giving them another chance with TSW-5 because of the free upgrade.

 

Same here. I'm glad that I never purchased TSW4, and then to find out TSW5 was being released a year later.
Also I'm very, very glad that I opted to go for the TSW5 Free edition to try it out prior to purchasing. With the farce of releasing it, knowing that purchased DLC's couldn't be installed is a disgrace!
I feel sorry for all those that opted to purchase it.
I wonder how long will it take until we can get to install and enjoy our dlc's? I won't hold my breath!

 

Hi, I seem to only be having trouble installing Rapid Transit, all other dlcs are showing and rapid transit is saying I need to purchase it, when I already own it, been 2 days since release, I'm just sad that I don't get to play one of my favourite routes on the new game,

Guys this issue isn't going to be fixed soon, sounds like it could take a week or so.

Don't think anyone's bothered looking at any announcements given this is not the only thread around this issue.

 

Different items for different people are effected, what’s not effected for you is effected for others, I own GWE but it’s not available to me atm

like I said, Dovetail are working on this issue so yes, we definitely don’t need to repurchase anything, that’s not what I’m saying. Hopefully all previously purchased routes should be all available for this time next week. Plus, I’m just a standard member so I don’t really know what’s going on behind the scenes.

 

Yeh I've managed to have some routes imported on xbox but quite a few missing still very frustrating

 

I read the announcement. I was just documenting in this thread which DLCs are still not working for me, because my list does not match the list of DLCs posted in the announcement that are supposed to be working now.. That, and I just wanted to vent a little while I am patiently waiting for it to be fixed.

 

Same issues here as others are having. Lots of purchased content (eg: both Isle of Wright routes and many others) aren’t showing up for me and in the shop they show as content I don’t own.

Is anyone else having issues in getting the Birmingham Cross-City Line ported over and also the East Coastway 313 EMU?

went on my DLC list at 6am here in US a few new owned dlc s have popped up i now have cane creek ..csx SD40 dic ..UP and NS heritage loco DLC..Midland main line ..old LIRR ,and some other UK germany etc routes

 

I am now able to Download all my DLC except Maintalbahn. The Shop still tells me to buy.

All my missing dlc's are back in the MS Store/XBox app, and que'd up awaiting download.
Thank's DGT for getting it sorted.

I don't think that I will be buying any more dlc's via the MS Store. I shall start all over again with Steam. At least Steam have regular sales on, not like MS, once every 2 years (if we're lucky!)

I had the same issue with the New Journey's S-Bahn route, and after a couple of min's I clicked on it, and the price changed to install

 

same for me. i still can‘t download Maintalbahn. it still says I have to buy it.

 

Just confirming I now have all my 62 DLC on Xbox Series X(Free version + game pass)

 

After my Midland mainline downloaded. I,went back to the list to choose another route and everything i own is now showing

 

and im on series X and just the free starter tsw5

 

I just received this email from DGT support:

Thank you kindly for your patience. We appreciate that many of you have been eagerly awaiting the download of your compatible content on Xbox. Please accept our apologies for the delay.


We can now confirm that Microsoft have finished setting up entitlements that allow players to upgrade add-ons to the TSW 5 compatible version.


However, these entitlements also have to be published, which could take up to 24 hours to appear on your console. During this time, some add-ons may start to appear, but you will not have access to your entire collection right away.


If you are still missing add-ons by Sunday 22nd September, please get back in contact with an updated list of the content you are still missing.

I’ve got all my DLCs downloaded onto TSW 5 (Xbox Series S) at last so it’s pretty much problem solved now on my side

 

Now this is finally sorted and we've all got our content back where we expected it to be. I now just hope that DTG can come up with a way for future releases where we don't have to go through all this hassle again.
Surely it must be possible to make it that when you obtain a new game version, that all previous versions of purchased dlc's are automatically added to the games download queue?
When I first downloaded TSW5, the following, SEHS, SoS, BML, BCC, and SKL, were installed automatically. Cajun Pass wasn't. but the Santa Fe F7 was.
So it seems that if owned content can be added, automatically downloaded and installed, then surely if these are recognised as owned, then the rest of of the owned content should be able to be recognised?

Like many others, I Do Not want to have to go through this rigmarole every time I opt to upgrade to a new game release
