PS5 [resolved] Tsw5 Deluxe No Import Profile

The update still doesn't appear on PS4.

 

After the update I was able to successfully Import my profile to TSW5

 

PS4 is getting the update a bit more later

 

I’m on PS5 and still can’t import my profile. Is anyone else having the same issues or is it only me?

 

Go to switch profile and there should be a new import section

 

Yes I have the exact same setup, PC Xbox app in the UK. Level 285 now no import option for my normal profile that I've been using for years now. I'm not using the same name as it forced me to choose when I first booted up.

Yep. I even reinstalled and it still didn’t work

 

Yes still nothing for me too. I tried logging out and then back in to Dovetail Live. Created a new dummy profile and deleted the the initial one it just forced me to make today on first booting up and still didn't give an option to import profile. Tried logging out again and now can't get back in as says Dovetail Live is unavailable. Also can't log into Dovetail Live on TSW4 now. This is really disappointing.

 

I transferred my profile, but I haven’t been able to sign into dovetail Live because of “network issues.”. And then when I went back and tried to sign into the game again, it doesn’t get past the opening screen. I rebooted twice a couple of times and each time the same issue – it won’t let me past the opening screen.

 

I already have imported my profile to TSW5. I downloaded all my previous add ons from TSW4 and I don’t have the majority of my add ons

 

Well it’s now working for ps5, enjoy!

 

I have a PS5. The add on doesn’t appear when I run the game. I uninstall and install them again three times nothing

 

Exactly. An import option is still not showing for me. It’s so frustrating at this point

 

I got my import profile into TSW5. That’s odd. Just right now the add ons is the issue I have. If you had un update once you boot your PS5. You should be good. Try to rerun the game again and see what happens. It should be under Switch Profile -> Import Profile

 

I'm having the same issue with the BR 204 , just shows as unavailable and "learn more" ,when I press learn more it says I cannot buy this item because I already own it, but it doesnt give me the option to download it

That’s a bummer. They did say Dovetail Live ran into an issue. Hopefully that’s the cause

 

Okay so I imported my profile but my TSW 4 content is missing for some reason

 

I’m having the same problem as well with the content missing once I load up TSW5. Half of them.

Yeah I kinda wish you’d pinned this MASSIVELY IMPORTANT DETAIL somewhere prominent.

Guys, I confirm that it worked here, around 8pm (UTC) the update installed and worked. For friends who are having difficulty with the expansions, I recommend redeeming them in the PS app, searching for TSW5 and redeeming the DLCs, one by one.
