Just got my self a AWS plunger from TS Controls cant wait for it to come

I heard this works on Xbox so thank god I wont have to use the Q key any time soon

 

Just be sure not to connect it to the emergency stop by mistake

 

Don’t worry, they mapped it to the Q key

 

In TSW due to DTG's lazy keybinding assignments it also doubles up as the Vigilance acknowledgement, I never did get around to getting a PBC from TSControls but really glad I got the AWS button, wouldn't be without it.

Yeah, I also recommend this, great bit of kit, although once you start, it'll be hard to stop buying the other products lol

I've treated myself to quite a few products from them over the last year or so, still hoping the HST desk comes back in stock at some point

I actually have the plungers for AWS & EB on my sim rig, for when I’m playing TSC.

Never thought to try it on the PS5.

Have you clicked on the tracking number which re-directs you to the Royal Mail tracking service?

Mine says... "Your item has reached ******** MC (Mail Centre) and will now be sent to your local delivery office." this was as of 00:17 Saturday and it's Estimated due Monday according to Ebay, which makes sense as RM don't deliver on Sundays.

Yes mine arrived too, looks good and sturdy, not had chance to try it out yet though.

 

So, I had a little bit of an issue with the horn lever, don't get me wrong the build quality, functionality and price of the unit is exceptional, my issue stems from the fact I also play Train Sim Classic, in fact as much as I'm putting the hours into TSW5 right now TSC is still my main and preferred sim and probably will be for a long long time.

In the listing for the horn lever it says that it's compatible with both TSW and TSC however unfortunately the lever is assigned to Space and the N key which as you know is great for TSW but for TSC it's Space and the B key so therefore not suitable for both sims after all.

So I reached out to the seller to see if there was a way I could get it to function with both sims, I'm going to share that conversation with you all so that you can see for yourself that this really is a great piece of kit, and a great seller (the seller gave their permission for me to share their reply).

Just to recap for those not familiar with the product I'll re add the picture I posted the other day (it might magically take you on a journey if you click on it too).

 

There are more on the way and with the added feature of switching between TSW and TSC, if you read my post above that explains all.

 

Thankyou for the couple of complimentary posts regarding the horn lever switch. This probably explains why the first 4 I listed sold so quickly!

Making these up is purely a bit of a hobby, which started with just making one for myself , then one for a mate then decided to list a few for a bit of pocket money!

I have had a few messages via eBay, which may also be from members of this forum, but what would help would be if you could let me know if anyone would be interested in one? No obligation but would just give me an idea if I need to order more parts to make up more after the batch next week.

I've had the chance to use the 2.0 version of the horn lever and it works flawlessly in both TSW5 and TSC now, I highly recommend this item and seller.

 

Just ordered the last one on eBay. Looking forward to putting it next to my AWS plunger. What a great find thanks to this thread.

its a shame this is only for Train sim classic also its rather expensive way out of my price range
