Superb work, though that MPV is of no real use for me.

Can you finally upload the three missing HST .out scripts, the promised update has become a farce.

The update will come when it's ready, there's more than that which needs including. Thank you for your patience.

    Yes.
I was not sure which route the pictures were taken on.

With all due respect, I've lost that patience.

You could have at least remove the engine .bins that destroy the AP HSTs due to them referencing non existent scripts. That should have been a day one patch - I could make them work again using the default cabs, but people without knowledge of file structure and redirecting installations to dummy folders and tricking the damn ATS launcher will have to live with that, you have broken some AP HSTs.

And I have uninstalled the ATS launcher in the meantime, not expecting anything. I guess the new AP HSTs will render all that obsolete anyway. It's a shame how this went really.

How can I be sure the MPV will be sold in a working state?

I'm looking into the last bits again right now, this is building for Train Simulator, and I am one guy - it'll all come, I plan on doing this for years, but it's not going to be wham bam model either. I'll speed the MCP update along the best I can.

I have to agree. Having bought everything dunkrez has published so far, I’ve sadly uninstalled the cabs waiting for a fix.

While the new MPV cabs look fantastic. The current ones are not actually broken. I would much rather have HST fixes.

I guess this all becomes irrelevant when the new AP HST packs come out as whether the AP cabs are as good or not, for sure scenario writers are going to use them. So if the cab pack is not compatible with the new versions, then I’ll no longer have a need for it.

I appreciate that dunkrez has other priorities, but a paid product should be supported either by ATS as the seller or by the author.

We are on with the MCP in the background too - there has been an update close to completion for a number of months.

Sometimes, life gets in the way. In this instance, one of my family members has been very ill (I won't go into detail as it's not appropriate). So that has taken priority.

Both Alan and myself are keen to get the update out, but, it has to be right and this is a far reaching pack.

So, to conclude, don't lose heart. I haven't - and sure, timescales may be long, but I do always deliver what has been promised. Hell, these MPV cabs were hinted at right at the MPV's release.

Brilliant. Again putting UE / TSW to shame. This looks so realistic, awesome!

Thanks Spikee - I've prepared 4k bakes of these little indication lights in all lit configurations so I can get all the little reflections/refractions of light in place dependent on what's turned on or off. Probably overkill, but I'm really enjoying fixing history (I genuinely did promise this a couple of years ago). The final incarnation of the upcoming HST update will include more polishing to this standard too - the gauges are okay on the current build, but, they can be better. And as I'm not out for profit at this stage in the game, I'm happy to just keep pouring endless time, love and determination into pretty much everything I build.

Building for TSC is something I find far more rewarding than driving anything in the sim. Pushing boundaries here and there. Fair enough, my early work was maybe a little untidy, but here we are polishing up.

Thanks for your support mate, I really appreciate it.

Nice MPV (DR98008), How much will it be when it goes public? (Supposing it'll be on ATS)

I think this is an update for the existing ATS MPV?

(Damn, I will have to install the launcher bs again for that one once it's finished....)

DR98008 is an add on I have bubbling away for the base MPV pack (this cuts down production costs significantly) - it has its own cabs, it has its own external model too. There's another MPV I've been building over the past few months that I have no intention of showing until I'm happy with it - this will also be an add on for the base MPV pack.

    Busy busy.

Next order: Make us a Deltic :) - and if it's only a cab update for the Kuju engine. To this day I have no idea whose ego was responsible for withdrawing the VP Deltic.

Well, in terms of ego's, I probably had a very big one in my younger years, but, at 44, I'm more in carpet slippers and a pipe mode... and after a few rises and falls, we all put our ego's to one side eventually. Just a path that people have to walk I guess.

I'll build whatever you guys ask for - what would be the point in building for myself? So I can please myself with my builds? Stroke my own ego and tell myself how good I might be? Nah, I'm too busy watching my grey hairs beast through and just being constructive with my time the best way I know how.

Takes years to get good at this. I'm at year 4 or so I think. Collect me infinite source for a Deltic cab and I'll tuck it away neatly for later use.
