In this scenario, we are tasked with driving an ICE 1 cab car to its destination point. It’s explained that we are low priority traffic and will have to give way to higher priority traffic. Throughout the scenario, we are routed on to various loops. What I don’t understand about this scenario is the following: Even though we are low priority traffic, why does LZB limit us to 140 km/h on the high-speed line, when there is nothing in front of us going any slower? This is surely holding up higher priority traffic behind us that could be travelling at up to 280 km/h. If we weren’t held at this speed, there would likely be no need to go on to the loop lines at all. Is this limitation in speed due to the fact we are a lonely cab car i.e. is the lonely cab car restricted to 140 km/h for safety reasons?
Correct Mat_Jam_Ca, I was running it in my livestream the other day and Matt was explaining why we are only limited to 140,. Because at 250+ you have a load of brakes behind you (ie the whole train) as running effectively as a light engine you only have the onboard brakes of the powercar. what did you think of the scenario. I personally really enjoyed it. Hentis
I thought it was really fun. I liked running on the southbound line and having the faster trains overtaking me.
I was doing this scenario today and as I arrived to Kassel, the "stop at" instruction didn't get completed. What's weird is that the objection marker seemed to completely disappear, it wasn't visible in-game nor in the map view. It also just showed 0 m distance regardless of where I was on the platform. Did anyone else experience this? Is there a specific point I should stop at?
I don't care but it makes it impossible to block someone when they make so many profiles. I blocked him so I don't have to read his garbage but here I am again. Having him forced on me. I thought there was a rule about multiple accounts I guess not. I'll just block this one too.
To be fair - a Guest account is a deleted account (like my old "torfmeister" account), and the two year old thread has been bumped.
Yeah I bumped this one because I didn't really want to litter the forum with another 3 post thread. I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue with this scenario?
Well I guess I will try it once again sometime. But it's so weird, the "stop at" objective marker completely disappeared and kept showing 0m regardless of where I was.
