Anyway To Chance Walking Speed?

Hey all, was wondering if there was anyway to change the Walking Speed through any file editing?

EDIT: I find the current walking speed is still running, and want it slowed down to actual walking speed.

You can change in the in game settings menu whether you want to walk or run.

 

Yes I know thanks, but that's not what my Question was in regards.

 

If you have godmode, you can find a walking speed changing command under the "favourites" section of the commands tab, which changes the running speed of running while crawling, makes you capable of outrunning the TGVs on the LGV lmao

 

The walk speed is incredibly slow anyway. Perhaps you have it on "Run" by default? As above, change it in the settings. You can also hold a button/key to toggle Walk/Run.

Depends on what each individual calls "slow". I can see where you may be coming from running around outside, however when you just want to maneuver in the Cab then the constant "whizzing around" can certainly take the immersion away.

However it also comes down to peoples play style. I like to get myself as immersed as possible, no HUD, Head Tracking, complete freedom, and not to point the obvious but I'm playing a Train Simulator, so running from Point A to Point B as quick as I can possibly muster isn't going to advance me any further in the Game. I'm in absolutely no rush.

But I do COMPLETELY understand the Settings the Game provides, and how to actually use them. Thanks for the comment.
