Hello, I'm wanting to suggest the Nordbahn for TSW, but I cannot find a crucial piece of information. That being what safety systems are used from the border on till Breclav station. While I know that the Wien to Bernhardsthal part uses PZB and ETCS, I can only find that the Bernhardsthal to Breclav section uses ETCS. That would be ok to me, except my source (openrailwaymap, I know it is not that reliable, which led me to ask this question even more) also only displays ETCS in the Austrian part of the route. I would probably expect there to be Mirel, but I'm not 100% sure. I know this is a super specific question, so I would be grateful for answers

Hello, It's me again. After doing some more research I found out that the TSC version of the route uses PZB for the Czech section. So this is what I'll be going with in my suggestion!

Břeclav definitely has LS06 (or MIREL, which uses the same equipment on the track) at least in the main tracks since it's mandatory for speeds above 100 km/h. There may or may not be a single Czech signal with a PZB magnet installed at the border in order to provide secure approach to the next one located in Austria like it's done near Cheb but I don't know.

just yesterday I watched a fuhrermitstand video of Wien Hbf to Breclav... atm it is mostly very slow due to construction works on many parts of the route, otherwise 120 kph... would be more inclined towards them doing REX8 route, at least to Marchegg, to Bratislava that would be a dream :D
