This is a really nice route in real life, with different lines including the Munich - Nuremberg express, which can go up to 190 km/h.

not very detailed suggestion, but since this one is one of my dream routes, I would love this... I would add that 190 kph limit is only for some highspreed regional trains, like BR102+highspeed dostos (being gradually removed from service due to being not very reliable), Vectron-led express is limited to 200 I think, and ICEs go up to around 300 on certain sections

ICE's can drive 300 km/h on this line. But all the way to München/Munich is too much to build with 170 km. The route from Nürnberg/Nuremberg to Ingolstadt is more realistic with 90 km. And it can still be driven by regional and long-distance trains. The ICE takes 33 minutes; the RE1 49 minutes. For TSW routes it is normal.
