It would definitely be cool if we could see 390s stopped inside of picadilly. Maybe even an ecs movement like with the 158?

this would require a new timetable. And for the 158, this would be unrealistic as they are not based at ardwick tmd

Seen i.c.e 3 at St Pancras in the SEHS dlc , never say never with the 390 at Manchester Piccadilly.

    Fun fact about that.

It's a nod to when DB ran them there to promote a potential ICE service which never materialised.

    Thanks for that Jack
Sometime in the mid 90's I took my nephew to London on the ECML; Leeds to Kings Cross.
The train we went down on was something to this day, don't what it was.
Remember it rode the rails in a very noisy way.Front looked like i.c.e. It's bugged me ever since . I remember it was full of people going to watch tennis at Wimbledon.
Know we came back on a 91.
I'm off to trawl the web, sorry to ramble.

Eurostar had a number of "North of London" sets built for services beyond London to the north.
These services never happened so GNER leased a number of sets for a few years and ran them between Kings Cross and Leeds for a few years. I travelled on one to Peterborough once.
