Have the missing high voltage cables been added to the pylons north of Milton Keynes? The pylons cross the DC line as well as the main line.

 

To temper expectations, very little (if anything) that isn’t there already will be coming before the 22nd.

 

Anything about the OHLE masts or wires itself will not be touched by us as they are in it's current form very broken and messy.

 

Just looking at your comments again. I can confirm one.

The Ovaltine Building is there but it's also not there. There has just been a very generic commercial building put in place and there's no way we can change it (nor is there enough time) the real building would be massively complex to model from scratch.

As for the 'Euston 1' mile sign, I have simply no clue where it is unfortunately.

 

The pylons I was referring to are the National Grid High Voltage Power Lines, and not Network Rail OHLE. Maybe something for later, as I said I do not want to add to your work load at this late stage.

 

Not to worry. I've tried googling the sign but returning nowt, as I say, I think it's gone in real life anyway, I just liked seeing it as a kid as I knew I was in London and was hoping we'd see them filming Minder and I could see Dennis Waterman & George Cole (oh when we were kids eh!).

Perhaps there are other old farts like me on here who know about the sign I'm on about

 

Pretty sure the 1 mile to Euston sign was on the old Camden Yard, which is now being turned into a massive block of luxury flats. The sign hasn't been there since about 2015.

 

I have found an In Cab Tube video of a 430 Measurements Train soon to be included when the EP goes live.

Hey all.

Just a quick update, all is on schedule for tomorrow. Fawx has asked me to post this to limit any questions after release. There are a couple of known issues with the timetable which are minor (and almost all out of Fawx’s control) but worth mentioning. I’ve driven it extensively today and it is awesome, you really are in for a treat.

The issues are as follows;

• AI Class 390s are unable to run at their Tilt Speeds (125mph) and are instead running at the default line-speed of 110mph. This results in the AI sometimes being slightly delayed. This is a core issue and is unavoidable
• Conductor mode is currently unable to be selected from the menu for the Class 350, it still works if activated from the guard panel in game
• There seems to be a potential issue with the Auto Announcer mod on the LU Stonebridge Park Reversals that can cause a crash to desktop
• Class 350s that uncouple will not automatically shut their gangway doors. This doesn't affect many services and isn't a timetable problem but an issue with the train itself
• LU services currently do not have intermediary stop timings set and as a result they will not appear on all Station PIS boards, only appearing at stations where the WTT has set times. This will be resolved with custom timings when all LU services are in
• A signalling workaround has had to be applied to Euston (for a number of complex reasons). To avoid issues with AI an extra command has had to be added to Euston departures. You will see the normal load command complete which is followed by another very quick load command. The close doors command comes next and it has to be like that for this complex and realistic timetable to work. All it means for the player is that you shouldn’t close the train doors until told to do so

However how many underground services are available to play? & Does that mean there's less underground services essentially?

 

The current feature set includes:
• Full LNR Class 350 Timetable. (Including St Albans Abbey Shuttles and full ECS services). 4, 8 and 12 car where appropriate.
•Full Avantai West Coast Class 390 Timetable. (Including all ECS services, and first class facing the correct way).
•Full London Overground Lioness Line Class 710 Timetable. (Including both the 710/2 and the 710/3 as well as all ECS services).
•All London Underground trains originating at Stonebridge park Depot (201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 210, 211, 212).
•Full Southern Class 377 timetable including the /2 and /7 subclasses.
•Full Avantai West Coast Class 805 Timetable. (Including ECS services).
•Inclusion of the New Measurement train on several services.
•Updated Station Directory, including all off map destinations as well as some bug fixes.

The current plan for the next versions is to include the following:
• The remainder of the London Underground trains (Priority).
• Class 805 undertaking the current Voyager services (Priority).
• FREIGHT, lots and lots of freight, including Aggregates and RHTT.
•Rail Tours of various types when all the core services are in.
•Class 87 undertaking the Caledonian Sleeper Services upon release of Overshap.

 

Does the RHTT reverse at Watford South Junction after going down the Abbey branch?

 

Is the auto announcer mod a separate download or included in this upcoming release pack? Would love announcements for WCML!

Hi all looking forward to this EP and Timetable. When it is out where do i go to get them, tks

 

RHTT isn't in yet, I can't put it in till all the LU stuff is finished as it shares track with them.

It's a separate mod, I don't use it myself, but some of my testers did.

 

If you want any help with authentic routing/timing/quriks with pathing for it etc give me a shout, I drive it in real life at this time of year.

 

JetWash, as a testament to my faith in and admiration for your team, I went ahead and bought Goblin (at full price!), just so I can run this mod.

 

To be honest my good fellow, it's worth actually having a few runs along the GOBLIN, great route.

 

You won’t regret it

Just some last minute testing / tweaks happening

 

If that was me, it would probably be discounted by 90% tomorrow

OK, first issue found. None of the custom skinned 350s or 390s will work with Rail Driver. I have gone through the list of trains and the rest are fine. Interestingly, the speedometer on the Rail Driver does work even though nothing else does. This is not a game stopped since I can run with all the other trains in this wonderful new WCML route. I will try a recalibration later on these 3 trains to see if that helps.

 

Nothing we can (or will) do about that I’m afraid although there’s no reason it shouldn’t work. Glad you’re still enjoying it though!
