I’m not familiar with other countries trains expect US my only knowledge is from what I gather from TSW , but I didn’t know other countries opted for Stickers being used instead of actual Headlights?
Pretty sure that’s just the way the texture looks. Seems silly that a train would have stickers on it instead of actual headlights, at that point have none at all.
We also just paint tunnel entrances onto the side of hills and mountains. It seems to work and is much cheaper than actually tunnelling through the rock.
That’s correct we use stickers in Europe and also pedals for accelerating and braking with a steering wheel to turn the train, rails are just for decoration:
