Xbox Series X Frankfurt - Fulda Is Still Poorly Optimised On Xbox Series X

It’s been almost 2 months since TSW5 released and I’m STILL experiencing graphical issues with Frankfurt - Fulda on Xbox Series X, when is this route going to be fixed? It’s beyond a joke at this point that you can’t complete a full run from Fulda - Frankfurt without some issues occurring; on this occasion I ran ICE1652 and to start with you get the usual issues of the trains being poorly rendered the moment you reach Hanau and then it doesn’t improve for the remainder of the route and then after I passed through Frankfurt Süd to do the U-turn into the main station, the game crashed, an issue I’ve NEVER experienced in TSW up till now.

Luckily, I’d saved twice so after reloading the game I loaded the save from Frankfurt Süd and the graphic issues were gone. I shouldn’t be needing to exit and save from a service just to fix the damn graphical issues.

every other German route I own (and I own ALL German content) does not experience any of these graphical issues whatsoever and that’s with all layers turned on for both circumstances.

So DTG, when are you going to fix these damn graphical issues that so many of us console players are experiencing? WHEN?

 

Performance is incremental changes. There's a lot of factors affecting performance and dtg are fixing it over time. Things don't happen overnight

 

But it's completely unacceptable to be in such a situation in the first place. Those of us on console, both Gen 8 and 9, have been experiencing video memory errors, blurry textures/graphics and all-round frustration. I was happy with TSW 4 as it worked fine mostly with hardly any of these issues. Prior to TSW 5, have never had a video memory error on Series X - this was something that used to happen when I had an Xbox One sometimes.

This game needs some serious optimisation. I, as many do, really enjoy playing TSW, though it's very frustrating at times.
