This is one example of a page going wider than my screen
I am unable to know if the items on the right are enabled or not.

Another example, since TSW5 is the loading screen with the winner of the screenshot contest and the tips.

In tsw4 the store also had this problem

Could it be an issue with your screen settings?

Perhaps it doesn't recognise the dimensions of your screen correctly. Try changing the Windows Mode to FullScreen and cycling through Screen Resolution until it works.

If you want to keep it in Windowed FullScreen, then I'd guess you may have to tell the game (or indeed your operating system) what the actual dimensions of your monitor are.

Unfortunately, I haven't had this issue, so if this doesn't work, someone more knowledgeable will have to help.

I can affirm Fullscreen (non-windowed) works fine

In windowed mode, press F11 and try using the resize options in the top right corner.
As a side note at 1FPS, my game is running smooth as butter. :)

When I first got TSW2, I would have agreed with you, but now that I've played a bit, I would not agree that 1FPS is smooth.

You are correct, that is what was weird, I had zero issues no stuttering or hitches but it soon went back to 60FPS, a glitch in the matrix? I ended up rebooting the PC, other things were acting up. Maybe it was that I minimized the game window and went to sleep leaving the game sit idle at the main menu. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oh now that is interesting! I wonder what could have caused that. I note that it is not the same FPS counter that I see on my game.

My Error I should have stated, that is through steam, which I'm sure is not the best option.
