Just a fun little question, What do you think the most realistic loco/route is for tsw? I personally think the just trains 142 is a strong contender for this title, but I'd love to hear you guys' thoughts! (Obviously it's the expert 101 and steurwagen, so please don't respond with those)
The Class 465 has some really nice physics to it along with the Electrostars (377/387), and Pendolino.
Skyhooks MML class 43 is a good product.VP185 has a great rattle to it. Javelin is very nice to drive, feels polished. Dovetails Pendalino is fun, especially on rough track, considering limited access sounds very good too. DBR 218 different to operate and sounds fantastic.
The 87 and Vectron are pretty good. The 158 too, there is quite an extensive forum thread somewhere about how it’s simulated
class 87 is a great candidate to take 2nd position on realism rank (after expert 101 & steuerwagen obviously) bc in my personal opinion preston-carlisle class 87 is almost an expert class 87
Nobody mentioning the expert 101, what’s up with that thing? It seems to have gone quite since launch
Op said not to mention it. Oh and it hasn’t been quite, in one of the last major patches there was a whole bunch of fixes, improvements and additions. There’s also second version of the manual in the works
