Game Freezes When Opening The Create New In Quick Drive

So my whole game froze because i have a lot of mods in the game, which basically i was trying to make my own freight train and the game froze forever, and after restarting the pc, i launched the game again to see if the issue is gone but oh well, still getting the error message i'm getting, it's the fatal error in frontend thing and still don't know how do i fix it, here is the log that everyone wants it

yeah it's the assertion failed error again, this is what the log told me so

Did you think "Switching it off and on again would fix it"?

 

to be honest, yes, but i don't know what i really have done to my pc but thinking of resetting it would do the trick

 

It is not the PC that has the problem - it is the Game.

 

exactly but i don't know what have i done i tried to make a clean install, added some romanian mods to be exact, launched the game and seemed fine as if i added a mod, it told me something about the fatal error in drve frontent, still no clue what have i actually done
