Hello everyone, Marry Christmas to your all I am pleased to announce that the Labour government is takeover of the railway’s and it be will run by the Department for Transport Additionally, SWR, C2C, and Grate Anglia will also come under the department of transport from next year of the could this be a good opportunity for DGT to bring to TSW5 London Waterloo Route to the game and could we see the island line get its correct Livery in game and could we see the C2C route and the grate anglia could we see Liverpool Street to Norwich route add to the game who know’s We would welcome your feedback on which UK routes you would prefer to see included in the game.
Greater Anglia becoming one of the first to be nationalised might finally give us an East Anglian route.
I've been banging on about c2c since I got into TSW, so obviously that has to be top of the list for me. I don't think that's right, more that DTG have seemingly so far had no/little issues getting route licenses from DfT.
By the way, c2c (note, lower case) is the route operator. London, Tilbury & Southend is the route name.
Apart from all the route suggesting, nationalisation is going to ruin greater anglia services, they are pretty alright now but will only get worse
Good for branding for sure. Dovetail dealing with one department, will hopefully open up the UK a bit. From personal experience on the Trans Pennine, being in government hands, hasn't improved the experience for passenger's, often standing room only;even during off-peak travel. Waterloo gets a mention every week on the forum. The south west area around Woking, Surbiton and north to Hampton Court including the branches to Weybridge or the Barnes bridge back to Waterloo. It got to happen soon. It would be a brilliant area to get for Tsw. Now we've got two sections of wcml,it should be seriously looked at, modern route to complement the BML. Be just as happy for the Metropolitan built by JT or DTG, though Waterloo south west, would always be my first choice.
