    Hello everyone,

I would like to extend the Christmas cheer to you all!

Here are the three main TSW routes I would like to see extended:

    1. **ECML Extension:** Add a station in London to Peterborough, including Stevenage. From the northern end, extend Leeds to Doncaster and York to Doncaster, with a modern lead station that includes the Harrogate Loop. Introduce the Class 158, Class 170, Class 800/1, and Class 91 225 trains.

    2. **London to Orpington Extension:** Extend the London computer to Orpington to serve the southeastern region. Introduce the Class 707 train for the southeastern services.

    3. **LGV Mèditerranèe Extension to Lyon:** Extend the LGV Mèditerranèe to Lyon to provide high-speed train services and connect with local trains.

For local services, I would like to see more trains on the LGV Mèditerranèe, as it’s a very quiet route. I would like to introduce the SNCF TGV Réseau and Transport Express Régional trains.

    Here’s a sample timetable for Marseille Saint-Charles:

    • - Departure: 2:52 PM
    • - Picon - Busserine: Platform 2, 1 minute stop (2:57 PM)
    • - Sainte-Marthe en Provence: Platform 2, 1 minute stop (3:00 PM)
    • - Saint-Joseph - Le Castellas: Platform 2, 1 minute stop (3:03 PM)
    • - Saint-Antoine: Platform B, 1 minute stop (3:08 PM)
    • - Septèmes: Platform 2, 1 minute stop (3:14 PM)
    • - Simiane: Platform A, 1 minute stop (3:23 PM)
    • - Gardanne: Platform B, 1 minute stop (3:29 PM)
    • - Aix-en-Provence: Platform B, 1 minute stop (3:39 PM)

I can't see them extending London Commuter. I can see a standalone route being made one day perhaps. Perhaps something like Charing Cross to Sevenoaks/Tonbridge with some of the south east London suburban sections. Would love that in the NSE 90s period with slam door EMUs.

    My route extension ideas:

-Cajon Pass extended to UP's yard at Yermo, BNSF and UP's yards in Mojave, and the UP Palmdale Cutoff between Mojave and West Colton Yard; also add BNSF GP60/M/B, B40-8W, ET44C4, C44-9W, SD75M/I, C40-8W/C41-8W, GP39-2, etc. and/or UP ET44AC, ES44AC, AC6000CW, SD90-43MAC, SD70AH-T4, GP60, GP40-2/N, etc.; UP steam and ATSF #3751 and #2926 needed, too; also ALC-42 or P42DC w/ SW Chief Superliner Consist

-Peninsula Corridor extended to Gilroy; add electrification and the Stadler KISS EMUs; add UP GP60, SD70M, and/or SD59MX for more freight operations; also, add SP FM H-24-66, Alco RS-32, Alco S4, and EMD GP9 with a backdated SP version of the route

-Add Sherman Hill's 3rd line and more UP power, including their Heritage Steam fleet (#844 and #4014) and rebuilt E9 A-B-A with passenger cars, along with some of the UP locos mentioned above; DDA40X #6936 and Challenger #3985 needed too

-Extend CSX Sand Patch and add CSX ET44AH, ES44AH (including special and Heritage livery units), SD23T4, SD40-3, GP40-3, GP38-3, F40PHs w/ CSX OCS Train, SD70AC, ST70AH, etc.; also Amtrak P42DC or ALC-42 w/ Capitol Limited Superliner Consist; also, add WM Scenic RR in Cumberland

The long ignored East Coastway needs some love, at least extending to Hastings and Ore. I would turn it into the East Coastway & Marshlink Line between Brighton and Ashford International and since the Class 171 doesn't go all the way to Brighton anymore. Not only that, it adds variety to the route and Southeastern services between Hastings and London Charing Cross are also present being interactive up to West St Leonards.

Southern Rail 377: Brighton - Ore
1 hour 14 minutes. Lewes, Falmer, Glynde, Berwick, Polegate (Still spelled wrong in the game), Hampden Park, Eastbourne, Hampden Park, Bexhill, St Leonards Warrior Square, Hastings and Ore.

Southern Rail 171: Eastbourne - Ashford International
1 hour 20 minutes. Hampden Park, Pevensey & Westham, Cooden Beach, Collington, Bexhill, St Leonards Warrior Square, Hastings, Ore, Three Oaks, Winchelsea, Rye, Appledore, Ham Street and Ashford International.

    AI Traffic/ Rideable:
Southeastern Railway 375: Hastings - West St Leonards

7 minutes. St Leonards Warrior Sqaure and West St Leonards. AI goes on to Charing Cross.

Southern Rail 377: Ore - London Victoria via Lewes
Hastings, St Leonards Warrior Square, Bexhill, Collington, Cooden Beach, Norman's Bay, Pevensey & Westham, Hampden Park, Eastbourne, Polegate, Lewes, Plumpton and Wivelsfield or Haywards Heath. Not sure of the best place for AI to take over OR the game jumps to the London Commuter.

Southern Rail: Brighton - Seaford remains as is since it hasn't changed.

Clearly, people want extensions. For the annual release, DTG should replace one of the routes with an existing one, and properly extend it! What they did with Southeastern high speed was great - they created a network with much more gameplay variation. Extended LIRR was also fantastic. Keep them coming!

Only problem is they don't extend them, they rebuild them. A risky move in itself.
