We had issues today, since our source control (git, and yes, perforce is up next in the list of to do) doesn't wanna work with us. We made new depo, and realised that we haven't been doing things right. So we decided to port our work to plugins (as we should have done from the beginning), but now the plugins that we are sharing won't show up.

The person that created the plugin can see the plugins, but the others can't, and they have the files on their editor. I'm asking for the community help on this one. Also tagging DTG Matt on this one, since it's a critical issue for us, and we have a lot of work that we don't want to lose.

 

You need to join the DTG 3rd party programme, else all your work is useless anyway (except for Play In Editor).

 

It is not useless if i might add. We have been able to share our work, and do most of the things we want, and figure out by logic. Yes we can't pack things and cook, but that's a problem for later.


Also, to everyone interested. When sharing plugins, we did manage to work it out. The ones that recieve the plugins can create a blank on on their editor, and surprise, the plugins that were shared will be there.

We got news! antunes_85 made the CP5600 brake in the simugraph. esbeleleu#8827 made the sounds work as well. We used the RVA from the Vectron, and added some own sounds as we study on how to make it all work. When we are confident, we will implement our own RVA.

New update, this time on the balast of the tracks for the iberian guage 1668mm.

We have been working on improving the pipeline of our developments, using the Adobe Substance suite.





We are still tweaking the textures in the rails, and track supports and so on, but parallax is working as expected.

 

This is really cool! As someone from the UK, Portugal has some of my favourite trains, so it will be great to see somewhere new in Train Sim World! Keep up the good work!

Hi terror#6298, we are only working in the LECP5600 series and Sorefame coaches. We are making sure everything works before we start building a Portuguese route. We are considering continuing the Alfarelos-Coimbra route, but for now, we are still working on what I mentioned.

Hello, as a portuguese man myself I admire yall's work. I have a question: will this be a full release, announced by DTG on roadmaps, and released on the platforms, or will this be a "mod" downloadable on the TSC site?

 

Its dead this project, all portuguese ones are it seems :/

 

there always seems to be some kind of problem that arises with these projects, and they are never seen again.
I am not going to believe in these projects anymore until I see them up for download or for purchase on Steam.

 

The project is not dead at all. We been working in small things, but the lack of time of the team is a real time constrain. We will maybe pump up again the progress soon.

 

I have some projects sitting around as well, I need to see if I can get the information I need, to get them finished.

If you do the Cais Cais Route, that wouold be a very nice one to do as well.
