It's heavily overpriced and suffers from awkward track laying. Stay away. I think in another thread it was already discussed.
Such a shame, it is a spectacular route. And there are not much normal gauge SBB routes out there. On the fence for it a long time but the negative reviews keep me off.
What is wrong with the Track? I thought the scenery looked poor from the video with a lot of Orange Brown trees near the lineside. Not noticeable from the screenshots provided but the cabride they stand out - like these behind the waiting room It might be possible to swap them out with TSTools for something from AP or VP
There are too tight curves. Really too tight, especially on the ramp south from the tunnel. Theres a YT video someone has made where it could be seen - but dont know anymore from whom. At one point the player derailed, so tight the curve was! It´s a real shame. It could be such a great adddition to TSC, but it isnt. Had once buyed Heidi-Express - same problem with too tight curves. But the intersting thing is: on a part of that route the track laying was quite good. Even superelevation was in there. It has the feeling 2 different people build that route. Theres also a Gotthard route version by Simtrain. Have seen somewhere a 2d Map of the route. It looks like build according to memory and feeling - the spiral tunnels looks really bad. So my tip: dont buy any Simrail route P.S. found the video:
The only Gotthard Route on Simtraiin is the one by Rivet Games / Thomson on Steam. On Trainworx was a Freeware Gotthard route than ran from Erstfeld to Goschenen - that was similar to a model railway route where you had return loops off scene- it was not too bad but a bit bouncy in places I have the SBB1 route which is quite old but for its day it was a good route - showing it age now Not really in to Polish Multiplayer routes so I'm unlikely to

Oh. that looks bad. I tried watching that video you posted on the BLS Route but you cannot speed it up - if you try it pauses. So I got the BLS Route as an early present from my wife and I did a Quick drive from Brig to Goschenen. Overall it was not bad and I was running uphill at up to 80km/h with no problems Some of the left curve to right curve transitions, & v.v, are a bit rough but nothing to make it derail. I will explore further with a proper run.
