PS5 Profile Transfer To Ps5 Version

Good Evening Everyone,

I have upgraded from the PS4 to PS5 for TSW5 but I can't seem to transfer my profile from the PS4 version to the PS5 version.

Any suggestions?

Profile transfer from the PS4 to 5 version is unfortunately not possible, I think because the way the PS5 game file and save data is stored is very different. I had to abandon about two years of progress when I upgraded about a year ago as well. You don’t really notice it at all to be honest, and the Dovetail mastery rewards get carried across at least.

 

I have also upgraded to PS5 and unfortunately this mean the progress from ps4 are lost, you have to restart from level one of you profile

 

I'm also a player considering upgrading to the PS5 version. Other than mastery, what else does end up getting carried over from the PS4 to PS5 version? Are liveries, scenarios, formations, etc. transferred as well?

 

I’ve heard you can upload your custom stuff to Creator’s club and then download it again on the new console, but haven’t tried that personally yet. Basically just the Dovetail Live data gets transferred, the actual save files are completely separate.
