Oh I hope not. This lull between Christmas and New Years is kinda dull. I've played with all my new toys, worn all my new socks and underwear and eaten all the leftovers and candy in the house. I might be bored, but this thread is pure theater.

Here's the thing why your Boycott is pointless, DTG already have your money. They don't get paid whenever you play it, just when you purchase the game and a DLC.

We all know you'll end up purchasing future DLCs anyway because you just won't be able to help yourself. So...er...yeah, it's pointless...but hilarious.

 

We can cut off their future money. Their past money can only take them so far mark.

I am not cutting my nose of to spite my face! If I like a future DLC then I will purchase it. TSW is one of my main pastimes and until a "better" alternative comes along that caters for my interests then it will remain so.

I do feel sorry that you are clearly getting upset over this DLC but I really think you need to step away from the forums for your own sake.

I doubt that DTG is really bothered by some of the comments in these Thomas threads since criticism is part of the game, so to speak, when you produce a consumer product. But I can't help but thinking there is some shaking of heads going on. But given all the time and enjoyment I've gotten from TSW since TSW1, I can only say "Thanks" to DTG for all the fun and I'm looking forward to much more, including Thomas.

 

They will have my money, tons of interesting dlcs are coming next year

Parliament won't intervene. They have far more pressing issues to be concerned about than some random DLC for some random game.

The DLC isn't responsible for people's behavior, just the people , and most have calmed down. And it can't be cancelled at this point, nor would it anyway based on a few rants.

We have no idea if it's a poor DLC, because it doesn't exist yet. As of yet, DTG has nothing to apologize for.

Because trump is another example of underdelivering. He is by far the worst US president in recent history. Same with this pack. It is the worst DLC in the 8 years that this has been a game.

 

I was gravely disappointed (and fairly angry) with the "end of steam" announcement, to a point where I did consider whether I would purchase any more DLC, however in the end I decided that enjoyed TSW too much and I can still drive steam in TSC.

I just can't imagine getting this angry and obsessed though.
