Hello Community. I am currently building a route in the TSW4 UE Editor.
I have placed this signal and clicked away or something (I dont remember). But the problem now is I cant delete it. Its not linked with my track, I cant select it in Selection Mode, it is also grayed in the World Outliner.. &&

I can only think of trying different editor modes to see if one of them allows it to be selected and deleted.

I've had this before where I can't delete an object in any mode.

I ended up having to open the specific tile in the editor to do it.

The best thing I can suggest is look at the bottom right of the viewport to find which tile coordinate you are in, then go into the tiles folder and open up each tile type (ST, TT, TS, LT) one by one to find which one the SignalView is in and you should be able to delete it from there.

    EDIT:
The other option I have to suggest is to open up the Output log panel and try clicking on the signal. If it's unselectable sometimes the output log says something similar to unselectable due to level being locked, and this will tell you which tile it's in.
