Loco Setup Can't Spawn Loco

I am encountering difficulties deploying my train onto the map during timetable creation.

 

You're going to have to describe what the difficulties actually are if you want people to be able to help you with them.

 

When i try placing my train down it won't let me

 

Yeah, you said that, but like... what are you actually doing? How are you trying to place the train? There's a good number of things that could potentially be the problem, and without a much more detailed explanation of what you've done so far, it's not possible to help you.
