    Hi All,

I have been working on a 1990s timetable for the St Austell to Penzance Route which includes the EMT HST into Intercity Livery and EMT 158 into Regional Railways livery (other highlights include 47s on cross country services and 142s on the branches). I have managed to package the timetable and play it in TSW 4 with no issues (see screenshot below showing 158 and HST at Penzance in timetable mode):

When I try to run the timetable in TSW5 the 158 and HST do not appear (they do not even spawn into the route) however the platform departure boards still show the 158 and HST services. I have tried to cook and repackage the plugin in the TSW5 editor however the issue persists. The timetable simulates correctly in TSW5 editor and the services are visible in PIE but they still do not spawn when I try and run the timetable in TSW5.

This is definitely not a timetable simulation / service start issue as everything works in TSW4, the reskins are just not spawning. Does anyone have any ideas what may have changed between TSW4 and TSW5 to cause this issue and how it could be fixed?.

I hope to add a couple of freight services and release the timetable once the above error is fixed. I also need to get permission to use a couple of creators club reskins.

    Thanks in advance.

The only thing I can think of at the moment the formations possibly not all being in the same plugin as that has been known to cause issues in the past (not sure of this issue specifically)

Thanks - have double checked and that's not the issue. Have tried re-simulating the timetable and running as PIE. The HST and 158 reskins still do not spawn in PIE on TSW5 editor (or at least are not visible) however interestingly when I look at the route map the trains are shown just not visible outside of the route map.

A couple of screen dumps to show what I mean, screenshot below shows the route map at St Erth at 08:15, the map shows a train arriving in the platform:

However if I exit the route map no train is visible!:

If I cook the timetable and then play in TSW 4 the trains are visible and everything works fine. The problem is I want to use some of the new JT stock in the timetable which is TSW5 only. I cant figure this out other than the issue must be specific to the EMT 43 and 158 (other reskins such as royal mail parcel vans are working fine).

I had a similar issue with the Flixtrain. The solution was to create a timetable asset in the TSW 5 editor and copy the entire timetable over to the new asset. Maybe the same would solve your problem. As for PIE: in TSW 5 editor you need to actively set a timetable as PIE timetable, I forgot that initially and couldn't see any trains.

I have a similar (not exactly the same) issue for a reskin of the DB BR 101 currently which I'm not sure whether it has the same problem source, as there is no new timetable of mine related to it however a reskin.

I can spawn the reskin variant in free-roam and it is visible (can even on-board) for once. However after 5 seconds or so the visual aspect (maybe a problem with the RVV?) of the reskinned variant is disappearing from the route, but the audio of the loco remains, is visible on the 2D map and even can be deleted from the Map and Spawning Menu.

I have no clue why it does that. Could be an issue of the BR 101 Expert or a skill issue of mine.

I also can't test whether the issue would occur in TSW4 as well, as I don't have the Expert 101 DLC for TSW4 unfortunately.

However, it could be that there is a problem with custom-created reskins in the TSW5 PC Editor, which wasn't in the TSW4 PC Editor or at least only causes to some specific locos.
