Currently waiting to see if I can put this on the Creators Club and it is still needs a lot of work But I've had it for ages and i actually enjoy seeing such a Unique Livery appearing now and then For all those who don't know ASHVILLE is a Construction material and Building Designing company that are big on YouTube Showing the ins and outs of the company and the unloading of 2 to 3 JNA Trains per week And I remember watching one and the owner (Daniel) mentioned about getting GBRF to change a Class 66 to ASHVILLE Livery and so the idea was born
As a registered trademark the ASHVILLE logo belongs to them and it's a very expensive lawsuit I'm not willing to risk. The media team will be in touch soon Regardless of the outcome the Loco and matching wagons are going up wether it looks the part or just a similar paint scheme is completely up to them
Well done for contacting them, fingers crossed they will allow you to use it, but bear in mind some companies will just say no for the sake of saying no, if you could contact Daniel directly you are more likely to get a yes.
Yeah you have to ask it's only polite. And I composed a professional E-mail and explained that nobody profits financially it's a fan build and because it is a fictional Livery the game designers wont absorb and re sell it. And I didn't fancy explaining all that in an inbox but if you think a message may help id appreciate some help cos i don't have Insta and X but I can get some more photos if you'd dare to send them to him
It is not a problem to sending photos, I am sure you already have. I don't have X and Insta is anything but. There is You tube, but this is down to who monitors it, a lot of creators have a team doing it and not the actual person on screen. How have you contacted him so far?
Just emailed aggregates the seen that was the wrong place and forwarded to the this is ASHVILLE email And all I've had is automatic responses so far
Ok, good job in contacting them. In company workings and business, your email has probably being put into someones inbox under low priority, doesn't mean they won't reply, it just means business comes first. When someone has a spare minute in a very busy company, they will look at it...maybe? You could get a reply in 3 months?
